SunGard Account and Project Managers

Walt Glass, the SunGard Higher Education Account Manager, serves as the primary contact responsible for the delivery of all services and administrative matters such as work orders, invoices, and issues.  His focus is to assist TTU in meeting their goals and objectives through the effective use of SunGard Higher Educations software products and services.  This includes project implementation oversight and support of the SunGard Higher Education Project Manager and ConnecTech team.

Mike Old, the SunGard Higher Education Project Manager, provides a dedicated single point of contact for all project activities and deliverables. As the project manager, he works with the steering committee, the Institution's project manager, SunGard Higher Education consultants, and the project teams to define the project plan and manage the implementation according to SunGard's Higher Ground Project Management Methodology^SM . Mike is responsible for accomplishing the milestones within time, cost, and scope.  He also manages the schedule, addresses project-specific issues and requests for change that may arise during the course of the project, and ensures that quality goals are met.
