Lee Mazurek
Lee Mazurek, Assistant to the Chancellor
Lee Mazurek serves as the Assistant to the Chancellor. As Chancellor Hance’s personal aide, he has to anticipate any and all of the Chancellor’s needs.
Prior to his current position, Lee worked as the system relations coordinator for the Office of the Chancellor at the Texas Tech University System. In 2008, Lee served as a congressional intern for the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
A native of Seabrook, Texas, Lee is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s in business administration and a minor in biology and chemistry.
An important aspect of Lee’s life is family – his grandparents, mother, father, brother, sister, and three beautiful nieces. Outside of professional interests, Lee travels widely, and enjoys sports and the outdoors.
