Office of General Counsel
The Office of General Counsel (OGC) is a division of the Texas Tech University System that provides legal services, advice and representation for the TTU System administration and each of its component institutions.
Overseen by Vice Chancellor John Huffaker, the services provided by the OGC cover a broad spectrum of issues affecting the entire organization and its students and employees.
