Frank J. Gonzales
Associate General Counsel
Frank Gonzales has served as Associate General Counsel for the Office of General Counsel at El Paso since 1998. In his role, Frank maintains expertise in all areas of practice related to the operations of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso.
Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, he practiced law with private law firms. From 1993 to December 1997, Frank served as Chief of the White Collar Crime Unit in the El Paso County District Attorney’s Office.
