Mission Statement
The Office of General Counsel serves as legal counsel for the Texas Tech University System and its component institutions. We are committed to providing advice and services across the entire spectrum of legal issues which affect our institutions, and to do so consistently in a timely, efficient and ethical manner.
Vision Statement
The attorneys and professionals in the Office of General Counsel aspire to perform their core mission of providing legal services and advice to the members of the Texas Tech University System with increasing competence, efficiency and professionalism, to anticipate their clients’ future needs and to expand their services to respond to the needs of the TTU System and the people who serve it.
