Paper System
The Paper System utilizes the Official Signature of the Texas Tech University System, is reserved for TTU System Offices and represents the official business of the system. It is available in both standard and monarch sizes. The paper system includes officially approved formats for letterhead, envelopes, mailing labels and business cards, and it follows a standard template to ensure a professional and unified presentation of our institution. No design alterations may be made to these official paper system templates. All Texas Tech University System letterhead paper is watermarked with the Official Seal of the Texas Tech University System.
The business paper designs of the Texas Tech University System are the only templates within the TTU System family of paper systems utilizing a centered format on their standard letterhead and business cards. Envelopes are flush left in order to best accommodate return address information and postal requirements. Centered templates are also available in the more formal monarch letterhead designs and envelopes.
Variations in the nature and length of contact information are to be anticipated and can be accommodated to the extent that they fall within the spatial and stylistic parameters of the official design. Exceptional content requirements for business cards can be moved to the back of the card.
