Online Telephone Bills
Communication Services is excited to announce the unveiling of our new Online Telephone Bills. The Online Telephone Bill Website is designed to allow our customers to view their telephone bills for all of their accounts. By default the account managers are the only authorized viewers of the bills. The account managers can designate staff who can view the bills by submitting the Online Bill Access Request Form.
To remove access to online bills, please complete and submit the Online Bill Access Cancellation Form.
Instructions for Accessing the Online Telephone Bill Website
- Access the Online Telephone Bill Website at http://www.itcs.ttu.edu/telesoft
- Login with your eRaider and password. The screen will only display the accounts in which you are responsible; therefore others who are not authorized will not be able to view your bill.
- Then select the bill summary or bill detail by clicking on the link. The bill summary will allow you to see a quick summary of your accounts and the totals for the month, while the bill detail will allow you to review the equipment and services on each phone number along with any long distance calls that may have been made.
- You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the bill; they will appear in PDF format online just as they do when received by mail. You can print your bill or save it to your computer for future reference. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, there is a link on the Online Telephone Bill Website to download the application.
