Scheduled Maintenance Windows
Technology Operations and Systems Management (TOSM) has identified the following maintenance windows to be used for upgrades, testing, patch application, and other potential downtime for all systems hosted at TOSM.
Saturday 7pm until Sunday 12pm (noon)
Sunday 10pm until Monday 6am
Although we do not anticipate the need to use the maintenance windows weekly and will make every effort to maximize uptime, TOSM occasionally needs a designated time period to perform maintenance. TOSM feels it necessary to publish these potential windows to give as much advanced notice to our customers of possible downtime. Additional announcements will be sent at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled maintenance informing our customers of the work to be performed, the systems affected, and the anticipated time needed before returning to normal operations. In the case of emergency maintenance, as much advanced warning as possible will be given.
