William Webster
Sr. Associate General Counsel
William “Billy” Webster is an Associate General Counsel in the Professional Liability Division where he focuses on medical malpractice litigation.
Billy received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Tech University and graduated from Baylor Law School. He is presently an MBA candidate at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Billy was a partner in a Fort Worth law firm where he practiced civil litigation with an emphasis on Medical Malpractice Defense.
