Mikela Bryant
Attorney for Institutional Advancement/TTFI
Mikela Bryant is associate general counsel for Institutional Advancement and general counsel for the Texas Tech Foundation. She works extensively with the Office of General Counsel and other system and university offices to ensure that Texas Tech Foundation matters and all gifts comply with system rules and applicable federal and state laws for the longterm benefit of the system and its universities.
A graduate of Angelo State University, Bryant received her law degree from Texas Tech University. Her practice focuses on philanthropic gifts, endowments, real estate, mineral rights and trusts and estates. She is admitted to the bar in Texas and New Mexico.
Bryant’s husband, Shane, also received his undergraduate degree from Angelo State University and his graduate degree from Texas Tech University. The couple are both loyal Rams and Red Raiders, as is their daughter, Kendall Fae.
