Base Bid: All 2nd floor finish out + 3rd floor lobby without Restrooms
Alternate 2 - 3rd Floor South Side Finish Out:
~5,750 SF add containing build out of the Media Suite to the south of the base build central core. Media Suite to include admin station, open collab space, equipment room, nine (9) standard offices, one large office, conference room, and sixteen (16) workstations, along with necessary support spaces - janitor closet and two restrooms (one for each sex) to be north of the base bid central core, all others south - $9,403,407. |
