| Construct a 26,373 SF addition to the north and east sides of the Frazier Alumni Pavilion. The new addition will provide a large meeting room, Men's and Women's restrooms, a full service kitchen with storage, scullery, walk-in cooler and freezer, a roof top gathering area and a service dock. The project will also include site work, utility infrastructure and landscape enhancements. |
