AT&T Personal Service Agreement

Under the agreement with AT&T, Texas Tech employees are eligible for plan discounts and special phone pricing based on their employment at Texas Tech University and/or Texas Tech University Health Sciences in the following AT&T designated areas only:

  1. Employee must have a Valid Tech ID and be Benefits Eligible.
  2. Must go to a AT&T Corporate store (not a Kiosk, except at TTU’s SUB) to obtain the discount and/or phone/plan pricing. Communication Services can not process personal cellular orders.
  3. AT&T account must be in employee’s name, if not the AT&T Retail Store will do a Transfer of Service after performing a credit check of the employee.

Please note that as a Texas Tech employee, the discounts that you are eligible for will not be reflected on the AT&T website.
