Communication Services
As part of the Texas Tech University System, Communication Services maintains a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) infrastructure to provide telephone services for Texas Tech entities. Communication Services also hosts one of the leading contact center solutions which currently supports more than 75+ call centers in TTUHSC clinics located in Abilene, Amarillo, El Paso, Midland/Odessa, and Lubbock. In addition Communication Services continues to support the telephone infrastructure, all university-owned cellular voice and data devices.
