Legal Assistant

Andrea Sierra joined the Texas Tech University System in September 2023 and serves as a legal assistant and handles administrative matters for the Office of General Counsel at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso.

Andrea assists with legal matters as required in a diverse legal environment and provides administrative support to the Office of General Counsel.

Prior to joining the TTU System, Andrea worked as a legal assistant/paralegal at the firm of Blanco Ordoñez Mata & Wechsler, P.C. She assisted various attorneys in multiple practice areas including civil and commercial litigation, and international legal transactions.
