The Chancellor of the Texas Tech University System announces a nationwide search to recruit a new President for one of the largest, most dynamic and important higher education systems in the State of Texas.
The President is the chief executive officer of the University and is responsible for the executive management of its operations. The President provides overall leadership in the planning and management of the academic, research, international, service, fiscal, administrative, operational and auxiliary enterprise mission of the University.
It is expected that the next president will be an individual of vision and stature who can lead the University to greater heights. This person will be an exemplary and proven leader who understands and can manage complex organizations.
The selected person will possess a blend of experiences as a senior professional in management and administration of a complex organization, in research and in communicating clearly and effectively with people inside and outside the organization. Learn More >>
