Online Telephone Bills

Communication Services is excited to announce the unveiling of our new Online Telephone Bills. The Online Telephone Bill Website is designed to allow our customers to view telephone bills for all of their accounts (FOP’s). The financial manager can designate staff who can view the bills, as well as request access be removed for those that no longer need it, by submitting the Online Bill Access Request / Cancellation Form.

Instructions for Accessing the Online Telephone Bill Website

1. Access the Online Telephone Bill Website at http://www.itcs.ttu.edu/telesoft
2. Login with your eRaider and password. The screen will only display the FOP(s) that you have access to view as well as billing activity. 
3. Then select the “User Call Summary” link (PDF file) which is the bill summary or select the “Extension Detail Report” link (PDF) which is the bill detail. The bill summary will allow you to see a quick summary of your total charges, while the bill detail will allow you to review all items that were charged to the respective FOP including equipment and services.
4. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the bill in PDF format. You can print your bill or save it to your computer for future reference.
