Communication Services

As part of the Texas Tech University System (TTU System), Communication Services provides telecommunication services for the Texas Tech University System Administration and the TTU System component institutions. Our services include voice and contact center services, eFax, life safety communications and cellular & satellite communications. Our mission is to deliver reliable, scalable and secure communication solutions that connect and support our academic and healthcare institutions.

Enterprise Application Services (Information Systems)

Enterprise Application Solutions delivers support and strategic development for the critical administrative applications that power the Texas Tech University System Administration and the TTU System component institutions. We ensure the stability, security and optimal performance of essential systems, enabling seamless operations across finance, human resources, student information and other vital institutional functions. Through expert management, continuous improvement and collaborative partnerships, we assist the TTU System in achieving its strategic goals and maintaining operational excellence.

Enterprise Technology Solutions (Technology Operations & Systems Management)

IT Client Support Services

IT Client Support Services provides responsive, customer-focused technical support to the Texas Tech University System Administration and the TTU System component institutions. We deliver front-line assistance for hardware, software and account-related issues, ensuring reliable access to IT resources. Through proactive service, user education and a commitment to excellence, we empower our clients to work efficiently and securely in a technology-driven environment.

IT Business Office

The IT Business Office supports essential operations across the Texas Tech University System Information Technology Division, including human resources, procurement (contracts, finance, A/R, vendor relations), billing, strategic planning and travel services. We ensure efficient processes and compliance to help departments focus on their core missions.

Project Management Office

The Texas Tech University System Project Management Office takes pride in offering project management and organizational change management services for all TTU System component institutions and within Texas Tech University System Administration. Our goal is to ensure the successful delivery of project execution while maximizing the adoption of transformational changes.
