| The project will construct a new 219,900 GSF research facility intended to provide complex research laboratories, lecture halls and classrooms, teaching space for each school, and faculty/researcher and staff offices. Additionally, this project is planned to house vivarium facilities, expand utility infrastructure, and other support space for the campus. Replacement parking will be required since this building will consume existing surface parking space on the east half of the campus. Landscape enhancement and public art will be provided. |
