| This project would include the addition of approximately 160 plus beds to the Centennial Village Residence Hall located on the west side of the Angelo State University Campus. The addition will match the current architecture style and will house 4-bedroom suites with two bathrooms per suite. The suites will also include a small living area and a kitchenette equipped with sink, microwave and a full sized refrigerator. Resident Assistant (RA) units will also be included as per the Residence Life requirements. The project will attach to the existing Centennial Village as per the initial plan concept and should include study areas, corridors, stairways, elevators and other common areas as required. |
