Sayer Senter
Sayer Senter is the HUB Coordinator in the Office of Facilities Planning & Construction at the Texas Tech University System, joining the department in August 2020.
In her role, Sayer ensures partner HUB compliance through monitoring and reconciling Hub Subcontracting Plans and monthly HUB Progress Assessment Reports. She supplies the TTUS institutions with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual HUB reporting information on FP&C managed projects.
Before becoming the HUB Coordinator, Sayer served as a student assistant in Facilities Planning & Construction where she assisted the finance and audit team. Sayer is part-time as she is currently finishing her undergraduate degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics/Business Administration at Texas Tech and will graduate in December of 2022. She will then move onto completing her Masters in Agribusiness, also here at Texas Tech.
She is a member of the Texas Tech Rodeo team and has a twin brother who also attends Texas Tech and is a member of the Texas Tech Rodeo team. Sayer spends most of her free time at the barn with her horses and playing with her new puppy, Tate.
