Brandon Hudson

Training Program Manager

Brandon Hudson works to develop and facilitate values-based leadership and culture training and programs for teams, groups and individuals across the TTU System. He believes in the potential of all people to grow into their best selves.

Prior to joining the Leader & Culture Development team in 2026, Brandon served as a nonprofit leader in North Carolina, Alabama and Texas. During that time, he received advanced training in systems dynamics and professional coaching, helping him to focus on the role of individual growth in organizational success.

Brandon earned a master’s degree in divinity from Baylor University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas Tech University. Brandon and his wife, Jill, have two children and two dogs.
