Restoration & RecoveryThe Texas Tech University System maintains contracts for restoration and recovery services with NorthStar Emergency Response at (800) 283-2933 and Cotton USA Emergency Response at (877) 511-2962. |
Charter/Donor Provided AircraftRegents’ Rule Sec. 07.11.06 requires prior approval of the Chancellor for charter aircraft and other private aircraft usage, which has been delegated. Air Charter must follow requirements and vetting processes through Contracting and Procurement, as well as TTUS Risk Management.

Inflatables RequirementsRequirements and acknowledgement for bounce houses, jump castles and/or any other inflatables. |
Vehicle Coverage ChangeTo add or remove vehicles on the Auto Fleet Policy, or to add or remove Physical Damage coverage, please email the completed Vehicle Insurance Change Form to ttusrm@ttu.edu.
Workers’ CompensationThe Texas Tech University System self-funds these exposures through the State Office of Risk Management (SORM) in Austin. Notification of any incident should occur within the first 24 hours. All forms are processed through the Office of Risk Management at the Texas Tech University System.
