Ellen Fleischmann
Assistant General Counsel
Ellen Fleischmann received a BBA in accounting from Texas Tech University, where she played college volleyball, and then graduated cum laude with a law degree from the Texas Tech School of Law. Ellen then served as a briefing attorney to the Honorable Judge Reed O’Connor with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Fort Worth. Following that, Ellen worked in private practice at McDonald Sanders, PC in Fort Worth, focusing primarily on litigation and real estate matters. Ellen now serves as an Assistant General Counsel in the Texas Tech University System’s Office of General Counsel.
