Linda A. Samples
Associate General Counsel
Linda A. Samples is an Associate General Counsel in the Office of General Counsel at the Texas Tech University System and primarily advises the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso.
Linda earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, cum laude and University Honors Degree. Linda previously served as Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of El Paso, In-House Counsel for El Paso ISD, and Associate at Baskind & Hosford, P.C. Linda is a past president of the El Paso Women’s Bar Association and serves on the State Bar of Texas’ Women in the Profession Committee.
