Vicki Dorris

Vicki Dorris is the Managing Attorney & Executive Director for Transactions in the Office of General Counsel at the Texas Tech University System.
Vicki primarily handles contracts and health care law matters at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel in September 2015, Vicki served as General Counsel for Plains Cotton Cooperative Association. Prior to her time at PCCA, Vicki spent seven years in private practice at Gardere Wynne & Sewell in Dallas and three years in private practice at Field, Manning, Stone, Hawthorne & Aycock in Lubbock.
Vicki received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in 1996 and her law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1999.
