The Texas Tech University System (TTU System) Board of Regents will meet Thursday, Feb. 26, at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) campus in Dallas, Room 745, 5920 Forest Park Road.

This marks the first time a TTU System Board of Regents meeting will be held at the TTUHSC campus in Dallas. In years when the Texas Legislature is not in session, the Board of Regents aims to host at least one meeting at one of its component institutions’ campuses to gain firsthand insight into the programs, research and community partnerships advancing the TTU System’s mission.

This meeting is also the first for Chancellor Brandon Creighton as chancellor and chief executive officer of the TTU System. Creighton was unanimously appointed by the Board of Regents on Sept. 30 and officially took the helm as the sixth chancellor of the TTU System on Nov. 19.

Below are highlights of the topics and items to be discussed at the upcoming meeting, including estimated times with periodic recesses. Meeting materials and a livestream of the meeting will be available online. Parking for news media is available in the campus parking garage off Forest Park Road.
