Contract Transparency Report
Senate Bill 20 was passed in the 84th Texas Legislative Session and became law in June 2015. The legislation amends the Texas Government Code and Education Code to make comprehensive changes to state agency contracting, purchasing and accounting procedures.
Facilities Planning & Construction is providing the following reports in compliance with Senate Bill 20 provisions requiring the public posting of contracts. Purchasing orders are listed through Procurement Services at Texas Tech University.
