Logan West, AIA
Senior Program Director
Logan West is a Senior Program Director in the Office of Facilities Planning and Construction for the Texas Tech University System, joining the department in 2025.
With nearly two decades of experience, West has led multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and construction of highly complex facility programs, contributing to projects totaling more than $1 billion across the healthcare, K-12, higher education, and sports sectors. His diverse background includes instrumental roles as a project architect, health system department director, and owner's representative for leading health and higher education systems. In his current role, he oversees major construction projects within the Texas Tech University System, driving strategic execution and long-term impact.
West is a registered architect in the state of Texas and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. His leadership is rooted in service and industry expertise—beyond his work at TTUS, he serves on the City of Lubbock's Model Codes and Construction Advisory Board and has held multiple leadership roles on the executive board for the Lubbock chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
West earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University in 2005, followed by dual Master's degrees in Architecture and Business Administration in 2007. He lives in Lubbock with his wife, Jenna, and their two sons, Laken and Liam.
