| This student housing project constructed 455 new beds in a two building four story complex. It includes 61 Singles, 47 Doubles, 75 Quadruple units and an integrated retail/food service facility called Raider Exchange.  Building amenities include lobby and mailroom space, offices, study rooms with technology tables and laundry facilities.  Each living unit is equipped with a full size kitchen.  The existing tree allee on the north side of the complex known as Aggie Grove was incorporated into the landscape of the project. |
