Meredith Bridges

Associate General Counsel

Meredith Bridges serves as Associate General Counsel in the Office of General Counsel. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Texas Tech University, where she studied piano and cello, and received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law.

Meredith spent thirteen years with the Hale County District Attorney's Office, where she began as a misdemeanor prosecutor and ultimately served as First Assistant District Attorney.  She continued her legal career in private practice in Lubbock before joining Texas Tech in 2026.

She is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
